The Spirit of Benny Fun Run Come join us for The Spirit of Benny 5K Fun Run and Walk on March 17, 2012. This event is in memory of Benny, a 5-year-old client of Partners In Care who touched the lives of many in his short life. Proceeds will go to benefit Partners In Care to help them expand their pediatric services. Night At The Theater Our annual Night at the Theater fundraiser took place on Friday, October 14th. Thanks to the hard work of many people, it was a wonderful evening and a great success. Once again, Waste Connections showed their dedication to our community and helped make this event possible by being our premier sponsor for the evening. Dean Sands, DMD, El Dorado Savings, and Larry and Lynne Moore were also major sponsors for the event. Additionally we also received support from Green Valley Mortuary, Elder Options, Chapel of the Pines and Linda Baracco. Diane Wilkenson outdid herself with a magnificent buffet of scrumptious food, and Judy Stewart of Flowers on Main provided the simple, yet elegant decorations for the evening. We also want to thank the many people and businesses that provided items for our silent and live auctions. The Sutter Street Theater Group kept us entertained with a rendition of their original production "The Johnny Carsino Show." And above all, we have to thank Eileen Javora for being a very gracious hostess and wonderful emcee for the evening's events.           |

Shear Benefit We want to thank everyone for coming out to support Traci Moody during her head shaving on Friday, October 17th. Because of everyone's generosity, she was able to raise $3,000 to donate to our organization. As a case manager nurse at Marshall Hospital, Traci appreciates the importance of an organization such as ours to help many of her clients as they face a serious illness. Her courage, generosity and sacrifice will help ensure that even in this age of diminishing resources, we are able to continue to serve clients in our community free of charge. We would also like to thank Sara Young of Fountain Plaza Salon for donating her services to do the shaving, and Joy Vedder of Marshall Hospital for being our "barker" for the event. Their generous donation of time and effort helped to make it a very successful and fun evening for all.   |

10 Year Celebration The Partners In Care 10-Year Anniversary Celebration event turned out to be a wonderful event. The weather was perfect, the setting was beautiful, and the music and food and drinks all combined to make a very enjoyable afternoon. We would like to thank the many people who came to enjoy the band, and to support our organization and its mission, and to help us celebrate 10 amazing years of service to our community. The celebration would not have been possible without the support of our wonderful business sponsors: Davies Family Inn at Shadowridge; Hot Diggity; Madrona Vineyards; Beyond Baked; NorCal Beverages; Balloons, Circus & Entertainment; Hog Wild; Waste Connections, and the many volunteers who showed up to help us out.       |
| June 9, 2011 | Boeger Wine Tasting Fundraiser Once again we had a wonderful winetasting event at the beautiful Boeger Vineyards on Thursday, June 9th. The weather cooperated for a lovely evening to mingle and enjoy a tasty buffet complimented by exquisite wines. We would like to thank Boeger for generously sponsoring this popular annual event. Their gracious hosting in such a lovely, serene setting made for a wonderful evening. We would also like to thank Diane Wilkinson Catering for the magnificent buffet of appetizers. As usual for her, she outdid herself, and nobody went away hungry! Lee Blachowicz of the Sacramento Choral Society provided some lovely background music. We would also like to thank all of our wonderful community members who attended for their loyalty and continuing support of our organization.
